#DOswts427 - Love Inspiration Hop

 



Hello Crafters!

Old man winter is at my door. I thought I lived in the south, but it is North Texas.

Valentine's Day is around the corner. Let's celebrate Love with the Bee Mine Suite. I love this. No pun intended. The suite is just stinking cute!



Recipe:

Daffodil Delight cardstock - 2 pieces - card base cut 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" - scored at 4 1/4" - Mat cut 3 3/4" X 5"
Black cardstock - cut 2 pieces - Mat 1 cut 4" X 5 1/4" - Mat 2 cut 2 3/4" X 4"
DSP - Bee Mine - cut - 2 1/2" X 3 3/4"
White scrap for sentiment and punched Bee
Stamps - Bee My Valentine
Ink - Daffodil Delight and Black
Embellishments - Hearts and Flowers

#DOswts426 Sketch Inspiration Hop

 



Happy 2024 Crafters!

I think it will be a fabulous year! To start it out in a creative way, we have a sexy new sketch to create!



I know that will get some creative juices flowing. Let's look at the sketch.




Here's the recipe:

Fresh Freesia cardstock 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" - scored at 4 1/4"

DSP - Delightfully Eclectic (cut 1 piece of different coordinating patterns) 1st at 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" 2nd at 3 3/4" X 3 1/4" 

White cardstock for sentiment - 2 1/4" circle

Stamps - Bottled Happiness

Ink - Fresh Freesia and Tuxedo Black

Embellishments - Woven Ribbon and Baker's Twine

Directions:

Stamp randomly around the card base with Fresh Freesia and leaves image. Stamp off once and add leaves to sentiment circle. Stamp greeting in Tuxedo Black to sentiment circle. Attach 1st DSP centered on card base. Center 2nd DSP over 1st piece of DSP. Adhere Woven Ribbon to DSP. Attach sentiment circle to ribbon. Tie a little bow with Baker's Twine and attach to top of circle.


What a way to get rid of winter blues! Fresh Freesia and flowers always bring joy to my heart. Time to get crafting, friends!
