1 1/4"

Morning Crafters!

Is it too early to think about Christmas? Never!!! I have a fun fold to share with you using the On-line Exclusive bundle Horse and Sleigh.

If you are thinking this is an impossible fun fold, I will show you how easy it is. Let's start with what's needed:

Misty Moonlight card stock - cut 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" - scored at 4 1/4"
DSP - One Horse Open Sleigh - Choose a sheet that looks like a picture.
White card stock - cut 1 7/8" X 5 1/4" and scrap for sentiment
Embellishments - Snowflake Assortment

Start with the DSP (Backwards I know) Cut the paper so it's 6 inches wide but only 5 1/4 inches long. Save the scrap. Cut your 'picture' into 3 pieces starting with 2 3/4", 1 1/4" and the remainder will be 2".

Add an additional score line to your cardstock, on the front flap at 1 1/2". Fold that score toward the 4 1/4" score.

Glue or tape the 2 3/4" DSP to the small 1 1/2" folded cardstock. (it will extend to near the edge of your card.)  Glue or tape the 1 1/4" DSP to the inside front of card. (when opened it will nearly meet the front DSP) Glue or tape the last 2" DSP to inside back of card. Glue or tape white cardstock next to 2" DSP, making sure it doesn't show past card front DSP.

The scrap of DSP you saved, glue or tape to the open front of card.

Attach your sentiment and embellishments and viola! finished. It's a great way to use a 'difficult' piece of DSP and is a stunning card.

Happy crafting!
