Here is the recipe...

Mango Melody cardstock - cut 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" - scored at 4 1/4"

Night of Navy Cardstock - cut 5 1/4" X 4"

Regency Park DSP - cut 3 pieces 1" wide

Scrap white cardstock - cut 2 1/2" X 1"

Embellishments - Fine Sparkle Gems
